Debt collectors stalking debtors  through Facebook.com, contacting family, friends or even co-workers listed within the debtor’s facebook pages…  Why am I not surprised?  Because bankruptcy attorneys see this type of creditor behavior almost daily with bankruptcy clients. The question is if you put it out there, in the public forum, i.e. facebook, are debt collectors violating the law by using the information?  Assuming that they have not violated the FDCPA in some other manner, well….  Read the article here…, or watch the News video…
